Katharina Steinberger

Katharina has been with Paragon since July 2026. Prior to that, she worked as a Management Assistant at BCG Platinion, the technology consulting arm of Boston Consulting Group.

Katharina began her career with an apprenticeship as an Event Manager at Alois Dallmayr, before working as Location Manager Sales & Events at Party Rent Munich. To improve her business expertise, she also completed a Bachelor Professional of Business (IHK). In her free time, Katharina enjoys Pilates, trying out new sports, and spending time in nature – whether hiking or on the ski slopes in winter. She is always happy to discover a good restaurant.
