Marcel Machauer

Marcel joined Paragon in 2026. Before that, he spent two years at the Boston Consulting Group, where he advised industrial companies and private equity clients across Europe, North America and Asia on transactions, operational value creation, transformations, and strategic issues.

After completing his Bachelor’s degree in Management and Technology at the Technical University of Munich, he earned a Master’s in Banking & Finance as well as the CEMS Master at the universities of St. Gallen and Hong Kong. In his spare time, he is happiest outdoors, whether hiking, sailing, or diving.
