Henrik Engelkamp

Henrik joined Paragon in 2022. Before, he worked at Boston Consulting Group’s Dusseldorf office for three years. In his role, he supported clients in the Financial Services, Energy Utilities and Automotive sector on strategy development, acquisitions and operational efficiency.

Henrik holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Management from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
In his free time, Henrik likes to play badminton, go running and travel to various destinations.
