Massimo Massari

Massimo Massari joined Paragon in 2025 as Senior Managing Director. Prior to this, he was responsible for an Italian mid-market private equity fund, following more than ten years with Andera Partners (formerly Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners), where he established and developed the Italian market advising their mid-market private equity funds. He began his private equity career at PAI Partners in Paris, working on large LBOs before focusing on Italian mid-market transactions.

A graduate of Bocconi University, Massimo started his professional journey in London in corporate finance at Hill Samuel. A sports enthusiast, Massimo enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, skiing, and hiking.
