Nicole Karg

Nicole joined the Paragon team in 2025. Prior to that, she worked for over five years as an executive assistant at the personnel consulting firm SUITS. Executive Search GmbH and also supported a former CEO as his personal assistant.

As a trained European secretary, Nicole also brings a wealth of practical experience in marketing, PR, and event management. In her free time, she recharges her batteries with her two daughters—whether jogging, on the tennis court, on the ski slopes, or hiking in the mountains.
