Mark returned to Paragon Partners in 2024 after getting to know the team as an intern almost five years earlier. In the meantime, he worked at the private equity firm Equistone, where he advised on mid-market transactions in German-speaking countries. He began his career as a management consultant at Stern Stewart, where he primarily supported carve-outs and post-merger integrations in the semiconductor industry.<\/p>\n

Mark studied Finance at the Universit\u00e0 Bocconi in Milan and at the SJTU in Shanghai.
