Before joining Paragon, he worked in the Investment Banking division of UniCredit in the Leveraged Finance department, structuring LBO and public-to-private transactions.<\/p>\n<p>Max studied Economics at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and the University of Zaragoza.
