Before joining Paragon, he worked for Chequers Capital, one of the leading European private equity firms with offices in Paris and Munich. Nico started his career in the Investment Banking (M&amp;A) divisions of JPMorgan and Macquarie Capital in Frankfurt and London.<\/p>\n<p>Nico read Business Administration and Economics at the universities of Passau (MBA), Budapest (M.Sc) and Barcelona.
