AWG Fittings acquires Lancier Hydraulic

AWG Fittings announces the acquisition of Lancier Rescue Systems worldwide. Lancier manufactures a complete line of hydraulic rescue tools including: spreaders, cutters, rams, combi tools, hydraulic pumps, and associated support equipment.

Lancier Hydraulic is based in Ostbevern (North Rhine-Westphalia) and serves customers in more than 70 countries around the globe. The product portfolio covers cutting, spreading and multipurpose tools. Entering the business of technical support enables AWG to provide a broader product range to new and existing customers.

Lancier has been in business for over 30 years, focusing on high-quality rescue systems, operating at 10,000 PSI utilizing mineral based hydraulic oil and a universal coupling system which ensure a high level of dependability and compatibility. The warehousing and service of Lancier products for the North American market will be moved to the new AWG facility located in Walpole, MA. Manufacturing of all Lancier products is moving to the AWG home office located in Giengen, Germany, which will meet the same high-quality manufacturing standards, to which customers have become accustomed, as AWG water handling products.
